Parcels which are returned to sender due to being unclaimed or incorrectly addressed from buyer are not the responsibility of José Chalarca. Once parcel has been returned, it can be shipped out again at the buyer's expense.


Refunds and exchanges are only  in the rare exception the product is damaged in transit. An email needs to be sent to us stating the fault of the item and photo evidence for investigation.  The buyer must be aware  with the nature of artwork, all care is taken to describe the product and it is purchased  ‘as is’ no one item is ’perfect’ the utmost care is taken to pack the product to avoid any damage in transit.  Change of mind is not permitted in any circumstance.

All sales are FINAL and all charges from those sales are non-refundable. There is a NO REFUND POLICY with all products. Before you click purchase on the final confirmation page, make sure that what you're about to order is correct.
