Parcels that are returned to sender due to being unclaimed, or incorrectly addressed from buyer, are not the responsibility of José Chalarca. Once parcel has been returned, it can be shipped out again at the buyer's expense.




Refunds and exchanges are allowed only in the rare case the product is damaged in transit. An email needs to be sent to [email protected] describing the state of the item, and photo evidence for investigation.  All care is taken to describe the product, and it is sold  “as is” not one item is “perfect” each product is carefully packed to avoid any damage in transit.  Change of mind is not permitted in any circumstance.


All sales are FINAL and all charges from those sales are non-refundable. There is a NO REFUND POLICY with all products. Before you click purchase on the final confirmation page, make sure that what you're about to order is correct.
